Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
  • During peak times or high order volumes, processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or telephone if there is a significant delay.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 72 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • The Pop Up Store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Additional fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (e.g., tariffs, taxes).
  • Customs and import duties are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Customs policies vary widely; contact your local customs office for more information.

Damages

  • The Pop Up Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are typically 7-14 business days after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into their country.
  • The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • The recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches their country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. The Pop Up Store has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Refused shipments due to unexpected import fees will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost or return shipping charges.
  • To avoid delays, provide a contact number for customs to reach you. Do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax charges.
  • Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival before returning it to the sender.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is not applicable for international orders.

Customs & Regulations

  • Local customs offices may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Check local postal regulations for restricted items; The Pop Up Store is not liable for items not accepted into the destination country.

Foreign Transaction Fees

  • Foreign transaction fees may be applied by your bank once your payment is processed. Contact your bank for details on these fees.
