Return Policy
At The Pop Up Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer an exchange and return service within 3 days from the date you receive your order. Please review the following guidelines for exchanges and returns:
- Exchange and Return Period
- Domestic Orders: You may request an exchange or return within 3 days from the date of receipt.
- International Orders: Returns are accepted within 3 days, and the return fee will be calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the destination.
- Shipping Fees
- Domestic Orders (within KSA): A shipping fee of 25 SAR applies for both exchanges and returns.
- International Orders: Return shipping fees are based on the shipment's weight and destination. You will be provided with a quote before proceeding with the return.
- Free Returns and Exchanges
- To exchange or return items at no shipping cost, visit our main branch The Pop Up Store King Salman Dist. King Abdullah Road
- 4. Exchange Process
- If you request an exchange, you will receive an email within 48 working hours with instructions on how to proceed. Our representatives will contact you within 3 working days of your request to arrange the exchange.
- Return Process
- For returns, please note that processing the refund may take up to 14 working days, depending on your bank's policy.
- Item Condition
- We can only accept returns of unworn items that are returned with the original tags and labels attached. Items that have been worn or are missing tags cannot be returned.
- Discounted goods: our return and exchange policy does not cover items that were purchased with a discount or during a promotional period.
- Perfumes, accessories these items are not eligible for return or exchange due to public health and hygiene reasons.
- Refunds
- We can only offer refunds for items returned within 3 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for items beyond this period.
- Shipping Fees Adjustment
- Please note that shipping fees for exchanges and returns may vary based on the shipping company and the status of the shipment.
